Artificially aged to look and feel like a real old artefact from the Buffalo days.

☩ The focal portion of the «German Silver Gorget SKU 4010.08.01» in the shape of a cloud portrays an image of the Thunderbird. Besides, 3 crescents or najas hanging down from a lower edge are symbolically analogs of Thunderbird's talons, as seen on war shields of both Sioux and Cheyenne. In terms of Cheyenne or Sioux iconography that alltogether would represent a «Thundercloud» with the «talons» as lightning striking downward.
☩ Like a number of other items from my Plains Indian collection, where I gather only the best specimens of Indian Warrior art and do not have much desire to part with them, «German Silver Gorget SKU 4010.08.01» is not intended for sale and if occasionally someone be interested to buy it, I will be ready to sell only at a price indicated here as a fair minimum for such a splendid work.
