☩ 1870-s Southern Cheyenne beaded belt strike-a-light bag is a magnificent example of how a simple utilitarian container can be transformed into an advanced work of art, and how on a small piece of leather various devices of decorating a quotidian object for housing a trivial flint stone can be ingeniously applied: beadwork, fringes, tinkle cones; and all of them being perfectly combined with each other, forming a complete and expressive composition. This is the quintessential beauty of Indian art — to do any thing so that it can be proud of.

Funny thing is that this year 784 coldfishes apathetically glanced at this namerican beauty «Strike-a-Light Bag», and none of them did deign to vote, share, bookmark, make a pin or submit any comment/feedback. Way to go!'
